The Art of Touch

We as human organisms are a series of interacting multidimensional subtle energy systems.   We are energy systems.   And if these energy systems become imbalanced there may be resulting pathological symptoms which manifest on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual planes.”                                                                                                                – From introduction by Gabriel Cousens, M.D., to Vibrational Medicine: – New Choices for Healing Ourselves, by Richard Gerber, M.D.

The Importance of Touch

Somatic Touch is an effective and powerful way of helping you recover and rediscover your natural power, beauty and ability to heal.  Positive results are measurable.  – You can feel the  benefits often immediately.

Touch is essential for our physical and mental health, our happiness and our wellbeing.  Without sufficient touch the human infant withers and cannot flourish. The human adult needs touch in order to feel whole, intelligent and thrive.   Touch helps you return to your sense awareness and live more fully in the here and actual now.

Somatic Touch sessions return you to grounded aliveness by dropping you out of the habitual thinking and chronic imagining that is conditioned into us by a disembodied society of outside authorities.  A session guides you out of obsession in the head and back to the pleasure of sensing and living in the here and now.
